| Andy Johnson, M.S., Systems Management | ||
| Mr. Claude A. Johnson is a Manufacturing Quality Manager based in Raleigh, North Carolina. He has over 25 years of experience as a Quality Professional excelling in Organizational Change, Quality Training, Manufacturing Quality, Safety, process improvement and curricula development. During his career, Mr. Johnson has designed, coordinated and managed Quality and Quality Training for over 10,000 military and civilian personnel and has championed hundreds of process improvement efforts. Quality courseware included TQM philosophy, Lean Manufacturing, Business Excellence based on the Malcolm Baldridge Award Criteria, Strategic Planning, Benchmarking, meeting effectiveness, team facilitation, process mapping, failure analysis and quality auditing. He has facilitated improvement teams dealing with a broad range of processes in both the public and private sector. His current duties include responsibility for Manufacturing Quality, New Product Quality, ISO 9000:2000 Quality Systems Management, Six Sigma\Kaizen\Lean Projects, Customer Quality and Supplier Quality Development.
Mr. Johnson holds a graduate degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. He is a graduate of the Air Force Academic Instructor Academy and the Air Force Quality Institute, where he earned a Master Instructor Certification. His many professional certifications include 6 Sigma Black Belt, Eaton Business Excellence Assessor, Manager of Quality and Operational Excellence, ISO 9000:2000 Quality Systems Manager, Supplier Quality Development Engineer, Lean and 6 Sigma Manager and Front Line Leaders Instructor.
